Referral Offer Terms and Conditions
Only eligible to current Accudata Service, Inc. clients. Referrer must have a current, signed Accudata Service, Inc. Billing Service Agreement. Referral must be submitted prior to purchase. Referred customers must mention the referral at the time of order with their Accudata Service, Inc. sales representative. Referred customers must subscribe within 12 months of the initial referral date and must have paid three consecutive invoices in full. Referring customers will receive an invoice credit in the amount of $500 following the referred customer's third, consecutive, paid-in-full invoice. Referral credit cannot exceed the amount of the invoice to which it will be applied. Determination of program eligibility and qualifying referrals, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Accudata Service, Inc. Accudata Service, Inc. reserves the right to verify and adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption. May not be combined with any other Accudata Service, Inc. referral programs or discount programs. Offer not transferable or redeemable for cash. Referring customer and referred customer's accounts must be active and in good standing, as determined by Accudata Service, Inc. in its sole discretion, to receive credits. Accudata Service, Inc. reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or cancel this referral program at any time without notice. Pricing, terms and conditions subject to change at any time.
