Patient Information and Appointment Transfer

One of the support calls we receive the most is from clients finding that patient appointments or patient information (sometimes both) are not transferring into their EHR. The fix for this problem is surprisingly easy. Holly from our support department has put together a step-by-step guide showing you how to solve this issue if it happens to you.

Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the start menu (left-hand corner) and start typing “services“.
  2. Click on the icon with the two gears.

3. Find the MPIC Service

4. Click Restart

It’s as easy as that! Within a few minutes, appointments will start transferring over again.
