The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Accudata Service reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Company Policies
We cannot allow any merchandise returns.
We do not accept COD's.

Order Processing & Shipping
Accudata Service does not guarantee same day ground shipping. You can expect your ground order to be processed within one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Your order may be delayed so that we may verify billing or shipping information.

Expedited shipping options will ship same day if the order is received BEFORE 2pm EST.

Orders will not be processed on weekends or National holidays.

Accudata Service offers the following shipping methods:

Ground (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 4-7 Business days
FedEx Second Day Air - Takes 2 Business Days
FedEx Next Day- Takes 1 Business Day
FedEx Saturday Delivery - Takes 1 Business Day, Delivered on Saturday

Free shipping does not apply to HCFA forms
HCFA forms will only be shipped UPS Ground

**Please note, in order to prevent fraudulent credit card usage, shipping may be delayed so that we may verify billing or shipping information.

Pricing Information
All pricing on accudataservice.info is the most current pricing available. Pricing is subject to change without notice in order to remain competitive. We do not adjust pricing after an order has been placed and we do not price match. All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Accudata Service reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. High volume bids are welcome!

While Accudata Service uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, Accudata Service makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. Accudata Service assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

All checks and money orders will be held for ten business days. International Credit Cards will not be accepted due to the increased risk of fraud associated with them. Purchase Orders will not be accepted unless they are pre-paid.

Tax Policies
Due to our presence in the state of Florida, Accudata Service is required to charge tax for purchases within the state of Florida.

Order Acceptance
Receipt of an electronic, or other form of order confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order; nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Accudata Service reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order. Accudata Service reserves the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice to you any time after receipt of your order.

Order Cancellations
Accudata Service utilizes an advanced order processing system to improve the efficiency and speed processing orders. Due to the nature this system, credit card charges can be processed almost immediately after notification that your order is in stock and ready to ship. As a result, cancellation of any order processed by our accounting department will result in a cancellation fee of 5% (excludes any tax charged). No fees will be charged to your order for cancellations requested before processing, and no fees will be charged to backorders.

Changing Orders
You may request a change to your order by phone or email if your order has not yet been processed. Please be aware that due to the efficiency of our order processing system, most orders are processed and sent to our warehouse to be bundled immediately.

Privacy and Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are processed through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Only authorized members of our staff can view credit card information. Once your order is processed this information is automatically deleted from our system.

Personal Information
Accudata Service will never share or sell your personal information. Information provided is used for the fulfillment of your order and possible promotional notification from Accudata Service.

Legal Policies
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Accudata Service is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Typographical errors
Images may not always represent exact product. Accudata Service reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a typographical error in a product description or price. You will be notified of such events. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Accudata Service will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Limitation of Liability
Accudata Service shall not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Accudata Service shall not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Accudata Service is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Accudata Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Accudata Service site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Broward County, Florida.
